I didn't expect much based on the reviews but figured it would be "ok" just for a night passing through. First I made a reservation for a 50 amp pull thru site for our RV and they didn't have one available. OK, we'll make do with a 30 amp, it's not too hot and we can get by on one air conditioner. And the only 30 amp pull through was so tree covered that there was no way we would fit. So we backed into a 30 amp and said it would do. But we had issues with the 30 amp plug in and could only get our coach to work on power when we took off our surge protector. So we unpluged and turned off the circuit breakers for everything we could do without just to be safe. We slept with the windows open and as soon as the sun came up in the morning we pulled out. The owner is really nice but even at $15 (Passport America discount) it was overpriced. We don't expect we'll ever stop there again.
Run down... Expensive for what you get and that's water and electric if you're lucky

Nothing to like about it. Electricity is only 30 amps. 100 degrees out sidew
and A.C. Is not cooling on 30 amps. Dog pooh on ground, ants. Most of outlets are broken. Scratched trailer because they don't cut limbs. Very little upkeep if any. 45 dollars. Not worth 5 because of not getting 50 amps as promised. I have seen reviews who said owner was nice. I don't think lying to people is nice. Horrid, horrid place. Can't wait to leave. Don't come here.
