This is a Mexican restaurant masquerading as Greek restaurant with a dose of southern Diner complete with a fast food drive up window! Yes, a drive up window!! Now, none of this is bad, if a Mexican Greek Diner with drive up window service is what you're searching for. I don't know what other offerings exist in Post, TX, but from the looks of it, this may be your best overall food option. Speaking of the food, it is good, with Texas sized portions. The service is fast, and prices are cheap. This appears to be a family owned and operated business which could use a little help with their branding and marketing.The photo driven Menu looks like the designer found photos of stock food items, and overlayed those on top of stock images of plates. The result is a bizarre looking montage which bears no resemblance to what the meals here actually look like. If I could rate items of this restaurant separately, I give the service a 4, the food a 3.5, and the cleanliness a 2. Overall, if you find yourself driving through Post, TX, and you just have to get something to eat, you'll have a decent meal here at a cheap price. Oh, and make sure to bring cash because they do not accept debit or credit cards.
We had breakfast. It was fast and very good. The waiter was attentive and friendly. Don't settle for the place with the Golden Arches, choose the down home friendly atmosphere at George's. Oh the price was great and the restroom clean.

Wow is this 2017 or 1979. Dont take cards but have atm. Well they can give the waitress the 2 dallor fee she dont deserve it. Have a mexican menu or a greek not both.
Was worried after reading reviews but this place was great. The bacon and eggs were good and my husband said the Mexican omelet was the best omelet he's ever had. Our waitress was great and it was cheap. What more could you ask for?
Quaint little modernized diner, almost, just without the bar area. See through kitchen - a microwave to be used for quick stuff, I'm sure, but all the food we had (save for maybe the cheesesticks) was hot and fresh. Attentive staff, not snobby (unlike other reviews may mislead you to believe), salads came out quick, entrees were probably a short 30m wait at most during a semi-busy time, drink constantly getting refilled. They have nugget ice!!! Nice small town atmosphere. Chicken strips were flavorful. Overall, meal felt well worth my money.
