A bit remote from town but well worth the effort of finding it. From arrival through departure, made to feel quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Room was very spacious and was kept quite clean. Desk personnel courteous, friendly and efficient.
Service was amazing, the lady was very kind and had a soothing, soft voice that just made the whole experience that much more pleasant. The hotel itself? Not much to say. Pretty much your standard Best Western, but I guess it may have been my luck but the snack vending machine was pretty much empty, and to make matters worse, the only snack I wanted was on the bottom shelf, which, for some reason, didn't work. It just told me to make a different selection for the entire bottom row. Other than that, no complaints.
Very nice place to stay. Would highly recommend it. Clean rooms, good parking area. Easy off the freeway.
I did not have reservations, but needed a place to stay because of bad storms in the area. The receptionist at the desk helped me quickly, and found me a room. When she found out I was a rewards member,, she offered to use reward points or offer me a snack. The room was clean, the breakfast the next day was good, offered in a clean environment, and the girl at the desk that morning personally got me a glass of water with ice and brought it to my table. I would definitely recommend the Best Western Post Inn!
Awesome hotel and staff all the time!!! Ive been staying at this hotel monthly for 2 years now and its always awesome. Reasonable prices and I'm always treated with respect and a friendly hello. Breakfast is great and hotel is always clean.
